Membership Criteria

Membership is reserved for the most senior HR executives of employers in the Triangle. Attendance and subsequent membership is by invitation only. We provide an avenue for creating a strong peer network of individuals who share the same business challenges, and on whom they can rely for ideas sharing, intellectual exchange, experience, wisdom and honest feedback.

To be a member of the Triangle CHRO Association, one must be:

The Chief HR Officer (regardless of actual title) of a for-profit company located within the Triangle. Said company must have at least 50 employees and have annual revenues in excess of $20,000,000.

- AND -

The Senior Regional HR Executive of a company headquartered outside of the region with a branch or division located within the Triangle, which meets the prior criteria.

The Senior HR Executive of a professional services firm, which meets the prior criteria.

– OR –

The Senior HR Executive of a non-charitable, not-for-profit association whose primary purpose is serving or promoting the interest of business on a local, state, national or international level, which meets the prior criteria.

Guests: All guests must meet the requirements for membership. No media or recording devices are permitted at TCHROA meetings.

All membership must be approved by the board of directors.
