“As an HR leader in the Triangle area, my membership in the TCHROA group pays meaningful dividends regularly. This group is comprised of talented, experienced professionals who are talking about the topics that all businesses are facing today. I find the opportunities to transparently share challenges, brainstorm solutions, and share best practices are numerous and invaluable. When it is both enjoyable and easy to belong to a beneficial group like TCHROA, it makes the decision to ‘just do it’ very simple!”
“ The TCHROA association has been a wonderful learning and networking opportunity for me. I am a global HR leader for my company, but not the CHRO...this role is based in out Boston Headquarters. The THCROA provides a local opportunity for me to see, hear from, and learn with the top HR Leaders in the Triangle. Several leaders have been terrific mentors to me, as well. I invariably walk away from each meeting with a new professional colleague/ friendship, an idea or two that I can ponder and an action to try.”
" I’ve been very fortunate to be part of the Triangle CHRO Association. Christiaan and Donna have been great stewards of this group, and at each quarterly meeting, I can always count on having great discussions on relevant, timely HR-related topics. I’ve also had the opportunity to build my network of local peers, and experienced the power of their collective networks as they helped me to connect with the right people or learn about the right job opportunities while I was recently in a job transition. I really value being part of the TCHROA community!"
